Are you a family member, friend or caregiver of someone diagnosed with serious mental illness who struggles to maintain your wellness in your caregiving role? This FREE conference will focus on what you can do to remain optimistic, motivated, and resilient when coping with the illness of your loved one.
Resilience is a process, with gradual discovery of personal and unique abilities, rather than a trait, or characteristic, and is vital to one’s wellness enhancement and maintenance. - Present information on resilience
- Explore strategies that family members can utilize to reinforce their own psychological resilience
- Offer practical advice on how to effectively support a loved one with mental illness
- Provide a forum for family members and consumers to network
