Attention: Transportation Stories Needed
The Arc of New Jersey has partnered with the Rutgers Center for Advanced Infrastructure and Transportation to conduct a research study about how adults with disabilities use different modes of transportation.
We are looking for members of the New Jersey Self-Advocacy Network, independent self-advocates, and family members to share their stories about how transportation has helped or hindered their ability to get around.
Along with their experiences, participants will be encouraged to share their hopes for the future of public transportation. Participants will answer questions during a short ten minute interview conducted by a member of the New Jersey Self-Advocacy Project team. The answers will be used to develop a report about positive and negative aspects of current transportation options. Interviews can take place in person or the phone, whatever suits your needs.
To learn more about the project and get involved, please email [email protected]ArcNJ.org or call Frankie at 732-749-8514
