Leading Youth Through Experience (LYTE) is a family-friendly agency whose focal point is optimism and hope. We are committed to giving support to families experiencing challenging circumstances and helping them make the changes they envision. We are a Medicaid Rehabilitative provider working in cooperation with other organizations dedicated to children, such as Ocean Partnership for Children, Ocean Children's Mobile Response, Monmouth Cares, Monmouth Children's Mobile Response, Middlesex Children's Mobile Response, and Coordinated Family Care of Middlesex. LYTE is an Intensive In-Community agency providing support to families in Ocean, Monmouth, Middlesex, and Burlington Counties. We do Clinical Assessments, Individual and Family Therapy, Substance Abuse Evaluations and Therapy, Dietary Consultation, and Parent Consulting.
Children are referred to our agency by direct referral through Care Management Organizations and Children's Mobile Response, as well as self-pay and recommendations through Physicians. We work with children ages 3-21 and their families.
