Adult SIBS: Supportive Networks

Adult SIBS: Supportive Networks

Adult Sibs: Supportive Networks

The need of adults with siblings with special needs is vastly different from children. As a result, SIBS NJ seeks to recognize those needs through creating supportive networks and groups for adults throughout the state, where they may come together to voice their concerns in a judgment-free environment.

Some of the concerns facing adult sibs include:

  • Future planning & Care Giving Responsibilities
  • Juggling your own responsibilities with the needs of a special needs sibling
  • Aging Parents & Dual-Roles
  • Frustrations & Strategies for Navigating Services in NJ
