ModivCare Medical Transport

Operates as the state's medical transportation broker and can arrange non-emergency medical appointments transportation for Medicaid recipients throughout the state of New Jersey. Modivcare will also pick up patients who require the assistance of canes, wheelchairs, oxygen, IV drip, and other medical devices.

MyGoal is an Autism based grant program provided yearly. It is designed to support and care for individuals under 18 years old with autism.
