The Mobile Family Success Center (MFSC) of Middlesex County is a community-based, family centered program, utilizing neighborhood gathering places where any community resident can go for family support, information and services. 

 We specialize in helping medical professionals and their families work through stress, trauma, behavioral and emotional challenges to feel aligned, connected and empowered.  Learn new and effective coping strategies to work through challenging emotions. We help youth  feel seen heard, and understood by creating a space to share feelings and emotions. 

Operates as the state's medical transportation broker and can arrange non-emergency medical appointments transportation for Medicaid recipients throughout the state of New Jersey. Modivcare will also pick up patients who require the assistance of canes, wheelchairs, oxygen, IV drip, and other medical devices.

Mom2Mom is a 24-hour, 7 day a week helpline coordinated by UMDNJ-University Behavioral HealthCare. The helpline  features peer support, telephone assessments, a network of referral services and support groups.

Collaborative Support Program of New Jersey's (CSPNJ)  Moving Forward Community Wellness Center is a place where adult mental health consumers gather in a warm, safe, supportive and friendly environment.  We empower consumers to realize a lifestyle centered on wellness & recovery. The Mt. Bethel Village in Warren Day Program is designed to provide a day to develop life skills, vocational preparation, community participation, and personal development for adults with autism, developmental disabilities, or traumatic brain injuries, within the Mt. Bethel Village residence.

We provide individuals, couples and families with counseling and psychotherapy (using eclectic practices that include ACT, CBT, BSFT). We provide psycho-therapeutic Pain Management using Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy and Meditation.

The Muslim American Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting unity, education, and community service among the Muslim community in New Jersey.

MyGoal is an Autism based grant program provided yearly. It is designed to support and care for individuals under 18 years old with autism. Some of the needs covered through this program include assistance with paying medical expenses, purchase of nutritional supplements, personal needs, and enrichment, educational, and socialization needs. This NAMI Connection is a peer-led recovery support group for individuals (18+) in the LGBTQ+ community who are looking for a safe and inclusive space to discuss mental health and various LGBTQ+ related topics.

NAMI New Jersey (NAMI NJ) is a statewide non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by mental illness.

The goal of NAMI Middlesex is to be available when families, caregivers and persons with mental illness need help, guidance and support.
