Continuing Education Opportunity for NJ Social Workers
“Warning: Boundary Crossing Ahead"
Boundary Management is one of the most challenging aspects of mental health practice, and even more so since the introduction of social media, text, e-mail and on-line forums. I hope you’ll join me for an in-depth look at this complex, timely and evolving topic.
We’ll discuss the potential pitfalls of, and risk management tools for navigating clinician self-disclosure, technology usage, practicing in close-knit communities (rural, spiritual, educational, military), and working with groups, families and minors.
