About Eero Therapeutic Services (ETS): ‘Eero’ a Yoruba word that means ‘calm’. Is an organization founded in 2020 by Oluwakemi (Kemi) Idowu, a clinician with almost two decades of social service experience. ETS surfaced from a compelling desire to support and strengthen the youths and families of New Jersey communities by providing accessible and compassionate mental health support. At ETS our youths and their families are the doyens. We center our work on their life experiences and approaches from a place of respect. Services are provided in different styles and combinations of techniques are utilized. Some of these techniques include evidence-based clinical practices, play therapy techniques, peer support groups, summer programs, trips and incentives. ETS also provides intensive short-term therapy both in the community and in the home using various traumatic and evidence-based interventions to assist/support youth and their families. ETS provides Behavioral Assistant, Mentoring, Parent Mentoring, Intensive In-Community, and Parent Coaching services.
