This counseling practice specializes in its work with women over the age of 18, dealing with an array of issues ranging from symptoms of depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, relationship challenges, and grief/loss.

IHC uses an integrated approach to couseling, applying concepts from Narrative therapy, Solution focused therapy, and Cognative behavioral therapy.  The goal of IHC is to empower clients to develop the appropriate skills that will help them to function at their optimal level.
