Multicultural Community Services provides competent, bilingual, community-based human services and educational programming that promotes and improves the quality of life. It uses evidenced based best practices in all programs to assist families, children, youth, and young adults by using protective factors such as:

• Knowledge of parenting and of child and youth development
• Parental resilience
• Social connections
• Concrete supports for parents
• Social and emotional competence of children
