The Recreation Center is a 17,000 square foot facility and home of the HUB Teen Center.  The Teen Center is open to teens between the ages 13-19 who attend a school in the New Brunswick school district. For those teens, we are open Monday and Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  The Center is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. 

This state-of-the-art facility consists of billiard tables, arcade and video games, a movie theater, computer lab, foosball tables, ping pong tables, air hockey tables, and multiple televisions throughout the Center.  

Tutoring will soon be available at the Recreation Center during the school year for any student who needs academic assistance.

All teens must register with the Recreation Center in order to utilize our facility. Registration is free. For an application, please visit the Recreation Center at 411 Joyce Kilmer Avenue. A parent’s signature, birth certificate (or New Brunswick High School ID), and a report card/progress report are required to complete an application form.
