Reformed Church of Highland Park Affordable Housing Corporation (RCHP-AHC)

Housing for Homeless & Low-Income NJ Residents  RCHP-AHC owns 25 properties in 7 different municipalities in central NJ that house diverse low-income tenants, including veterans, women aging out of foster care, developmentally disabled adults, homeless youth, chronically homeless individuals, and others with significant life challenges. We also rent an additional 260 units across 13 NJ counties, and serve as a temporary intermediary for families – including refugees, asylum seekers, and re-entering citizens – who would otherwise be unable to secure an apartment rental due to poor (or no) credit history, temporary unemployment, or other factors.

Accompany Now! provides case management and home visits that support unaccompanied minors – children who have crossed the southern US border without a parent or who have been separated from a parent – who are placed with families in NJ.

RCHP-AHC’s Asylum Seeker Housing Program is designed to provide safe, stable and affordable housing for individuals and families who are in the process of seeking political asylum in the US, as well as support and resources to help clients achieve self-sufficiency.

Comunidades para Americanos Nuevos! (CAN!) was launched in August 2025 to support immigrant families in Middlesex and Mercer Counties who have been affected by immigration detention. CAN! focuses on outreach, coordination, and advocacy to ensure families impacted by detention are connected with the resources and support they need.

Global Grace Health Be the Change NJ is a mobile COVID vaccine and testing program that focuses on serving low-income and underserved   populations including recently arrived refugees, asylum seekers, unaccompanied minors, human trafficking survivors, undocumented persons, homeless veterans and individuals returning from prison. Mobile pop-up clinics visit farmers markets, street fairs, factories, businesses, faith communities – anywhere there is a gathering place where people can receive COVID information, testing, and vaccines.

Interfaith-RISE (Refugee and Immigrant Support & Empowerment) is a US State Department refugee resettlement program that works with the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants to receive and place refugees from around the world into caring communities in central NJ. Interfaith-RISE is supported by a coalition of over 50 partners from Jewish, Muslim, Christian, and other faith and community groups.

Neighbors Housing Neighbors provides housing, support, and case management services that help to both prevent homelessness in vulnerable populations, and provide stable, long-term, supportive housing to individuals and families previously living in transitional shelters, hotels, cars, and other substandard housing.

RCHP-AHC’s Re-Entry Housing Program is designed to provide safe, stable and affordable housing for individuals that are leaving incarceration and transitioning back into the community. We understand that finding a stable place to live can be a major challenge for those reentering society, and we’re here to help.

Still Waters provides supportive services and case management for people who have been subjected to human trafficking. Survivors of labor trafficking or sex trafficking need multiple forms of assistance including securing basic needs, as well as health, economic, and legal assistance.
