The goal of Rise2Gether, Inc. is to provide our future leaders with a framework to build success and personal growth. Rise2Gether is a Specialized Direct Care Mentoring organization that assists at-risk children and young adults with goal attainment, service planning, and self-realization. The purpose of Rise2Gether is to develop, enhance, and promote health, wellness, and personal growth. Community outreach is used to assist youth with navigating adolescence and transitioning into adulthood productively.

Our mentors will work with the child’s team to introduce source information, assisting the individual with education, enrollment, and follow-through. Developing a strength-based schedule that will allow the child to keep busy and away from negative energy. Our management team’s compounded decades’ worth of experience will be used to address all necessary needs of our youth and their families.
