From the moment you call our intake coordinator, you'll be matched with a licensed therapist and can often begin your session within hours, not days. Whether you're navigating relationship stress, family transitions, emotional overwhelm between therapy sessions, or an urgent crisis, our team provides compassionate, focused care to help you de-escalate, feel grounded, and move toward clarity.

We currently take the following insurances and sliding scale fees OOP: Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, United Healthcare, Horizon New Jersey Health, and Aetna.
