Celebrate National Health Center Week with us at “Party in the Park,” a special Patient Appreciation Day dedicated to recognizing the patients, families, and community partners who make our health center community strong. Held in Fireman's Memorial Park this August, the event will bring together neighbors of all ages for an afternoon of fun, connection, and wellness.

Guests can enjoy free food, games, music, giveaways, and family-friendly activities while learning about valuable health and community resources available throughout the area. Community organizations and local partners will host resource tables offering information on healthcare services, wellness programs, social support services, and more.

“Party in the Park” is our way of saying thank you to the community we proudly serve. We invite everyone to come together to celebrate health, community, and the spirit of caring that National Health Center Week represents.
