Emergency Ride Home program
The Emergency Ride Home program is a benefit offered to carpoolers, vanpoolers, and mass transit users registered in KMM’s Ridesharing program. Commuters must participate in an alternative commute method at least once a week to be eligible.
Criteria for use of ERH are as follows:
- A family or medical emergency that interrupts the workday.
- Unexpected overtime at your supervisor’s request.
- Breakdown of carpool vehicle or interruption of transit service that prevents a commuter from getting home.
ERH Program Rules
You are responsible for FULL payment to the transportation provider at the time of service.
Once the ride has been taken, fax a copy to KMM at (732) 745-7482 or email it to [email protected] for payment.
Ticket to Work
If you live in Middlesex County and looking for work in Middlesex County, we can help. Register for KMM’s ticket to work program and obtain three (3) free round trip tickets to look for work along a bus route.
If you find a job, KMM will give you an additional five (5) round trip bus tickets for your first week of employment. PLEASE NOTE: Effective March 2020, all tickets must be requested via website or by phone (732-745-4465). Please provide an address so that tickets can be mailed to you.
