New Start Groups offers free, monthly mental health workshops for Teens, Young Adults, & Adults.

Teens Workshop - "No Parents Allowed" 

Welcoming all Teens (12-17) to come listen, chat, & learn together.  We'll discuss topics that are important to you, practice new strategies to help you deal with the stress of everyday life, & enjoy snacks together.  

We meet once a month on a Thursday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. 

Young Adults Workshop - "Manual Not Included" 

We've got the place for Young Adults (18-25).  Transitioning from Adolescence to Adulthood holds so many different mysteries on what to do next.  We're here for you & will give you some strategies to figure it out along with your peers.  Each month's topic will help you feel more confident on your journey. 

We meet once a month on a Tuesday from 6pm - 7pm. 

Adults Workshop - "Adulting" 

Enjoy some time with other Adults (26+) & allow yourself to take that well-needed break.  Share your perspectives on our different topics & listen to others while learning relaxation techniques that will make each day go a little smoother.

Please, follow the link to complete our registration and consent forms (Sections 1 & 2).  Feel free to bring a friend or 2.  Just have them register too.  

We meet once a month on a Wednesday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. 

Restorative Yoga Workshop - "Just Be"

Our "Just Be" Group (18+) will help to strengthen the Mind-Body Connection for those who want to incorporate Restorative Yoga into their wellbeing regimen.  Facilitated by a certified Yoga Instructor & with varying levels of practice, this group will welcome anyone looking to embrace the peace & power within themselves. 

We meet once a month on a Friday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.
